You can now keep your rear-seat passengers entertained, even on long journeys, with the new, easy-to-fit Universal DVD System. Comprising two removable screens, one with integrated DVD player, and two mounts (secured to the front-seat headrests) your passengers can now watch movies or listen to music, leaving you to enjoy the uninterrupted pleasure of driving your BMW.

The system is powered via a Y-cable connected to the car’s 12-volt socket and is extremely flexible, playing back a wide range of formats through CDs, DVDs, USB devices and memory cards. The high quality sound can be enjoyed by everyone, through the system’s integrated speakers, or switched off when passengers use wireless or plug-in headphones (available separately).

Installation is easy; just attach the mounts to the headrest posts and clip the screens onto the mounts. When you park up, simply unclip the screens and take them with you.
