We recognise that being without your car whilst it is in for service can be inconvenient, therefore, we provide the following services that may be of interest to you:

Lift Home or to Work
We would be very happy to give you a lift home, to work or to the train station (5 mile radius of the dealership). If you drop your car off at 8.00, we'll take you at 8.15 and if you drop off by 10.45, we'll take you at 11.00.

Hire Cars*
For a £20 or £15 daily insurance/administration fee, we can provide you with a BMW hire car while your car is being worked on. Should you purchase another BMW from us in the future, we’ll deduct the fees incurred from the price of your next car.†

Collection & Delivery Service
For a £10 fee, we can collect your car from your home or office and, if required, return it to you when the work is complete. Should you purchase another BMW from us in the future, we’ll deduct the fees incurred from the price of your next car.†

Alternatively, please ask about Service While You Wait, which, thanks to advanced BMW technology, means you could be back on the road again within 75 minutes.
